All orders are processed within 2 business days of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Method
All Kaloni orders are shipped via USPS Ground Shipping. Once your order has shipped, delivery times typically range from 2–5 business days depending on your location within the United States.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on USPS Ground rates unless a free shipping promotion is active.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Kaloni is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Delayed or Lost Packages
Kaloni is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, or other shipping carrier issues. However, if your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with USPS to help locate your package.
